A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BRIDGE
PARK NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY

WHEREAS, Lynn Readey has served as a citizen representative to the Board
of Trustees of the Bridge Park New Community Authority, and her term has
ended; and
WHEREAS, Council desires to reappoint Ms. Readey for an additional term;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, `7 of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Lynn Readey is hereby reappointed to a two-year term as citizen
representative to the Board of Trustees of the Bridge Park New
Connmunity Authority, effective immediately and such term expiring on
March 31, 2024.
Section 2. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
