A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OF
THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, a resignation has caused a vacancy on the Community Services Advisory
Commission (CSAC) for a term ending March 31, 2023; and
WHEREAS, in addition to the CSAC vacancy, Council has completed their assessment
of the available positions on City boards and commissions for terms expiring March
31, 2022 and conducted interviews of candidates.
WHEREAS, the appointment to CSAC to fulfill the unexpired term shall begin
immediately and all other appointments are to begin April 1, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, —'-L of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Jamey Chinnock and Kathy Harter are hereby appointed to four-year
terms on the Planning and Zoning Commission, such terms expiring on March
31, 2026.
Section 2. Michael Jewell is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the
Architectural Review Board; and Hilary Damaser is hereby appointed to a three-
year term on the Architectural Review Board, such terms expiring on March 31,
2025.
Section 3. Joseph Nigh is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the Board of
Zoning Appeals; and Patrick Murphy is hereby appointed to a three-year term on
the Board of Zoning Appeals, such terms expiring on March 31, 2025.
Section 4. Vicki von Sadovszky is hereby appointed to the Community Services
Advisory Commission to fulfill an unexpired term ending March 31, 2023.
Vivekanandan Arunachalam is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the
Community Services Advisory Commission, and Tanner Pryor is hereby
appointed to a three-year term on the Community Services Advisory
Commission such terms expiring on March 31, 2025.
Section 5. Betty Clark-McClenaghan is hereby reappointed to a three-year term as
City representative to the Visit Dublin Ohio Board, such term expiring on March
31, 2025.
Section 6. Sandra Puskarcik is hereby reappointed to a two-year term as City
representative to the Dublin Arts Council, such term expiring on March 31, 2024.
Section 7. Mark Heeter is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Personnel
Board of Review, such term expiring March 31, 2024.
Section 8. Bill Root and Dale Saylor are hereby reappointed to two-year terms on the
Tax Board of Review, such terms expiring March 31, 2024.
Section 9. Each of the above-named persons shall serve until a successor is
appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City
Council.
Section 10. The members of the Planning & Zoning Commission herein appointed
shall receive compensation as established by City Council. The other members
appointed herein shall serve without compensation.

Section 11. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
