Stiffler, Director of Finance Melody Kennedy, Budget Manager Meghan Murray, Financial Analyst Re: Resolution 67-21 Requesting the Delaware, Franklin and Union County Auditors to Draw Money that May be in the County Treasuries and to Issue a Draft to the Director of Finance of the City of Dublin for any Money that May be in the Accounts for the City of Dublin, Ohio Background Resolution 67-21 allows the request to the counties for advances of property tax collections during calendar year 2022. This allows the City to receive funds prior to the established distribution dates. This results in earlier access to the funds, as well as additional interest income earnings for the City. Recommendation Staff recommends approval of Resolution 67-21 at the November 15, 2021 Council meeting.
