A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
CITY OF DUBLIN ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW
BOARD
WHEREAS, Counci l ha s comp leted the interview process of cand id ates to fill an
unexpired term on the Architectura l Review Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Counci l of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, ____:]__of the elected members concurrin g that:
Section 1. Michael Jewell is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Frank
Kownacki, such term beginning imm ed iate ly and expiring on March 31, 2022
Sect ion 2. The above-named person shal l serve until a successor is appointed or
until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Counc il.
Section 3. The member of the Architectural Review Board herein appointed sha ll
serve without compensation.
Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
