A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
CITY OF DUBLIN ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW
BOARD
WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process of candidates to fill an
unexpired term on the Architectural Review Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 'i of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Martha Cooper is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Kathy Bryan,
such term beginning immediately and expiring on March 31, 2023.
Section 2. The above-named person shall serve until a successor is appointed or
until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 3. The member of the Architectural Review Board herein appointed shall
serve without compensation.
Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
