Stiffler, Director of Finance Rosa Ocheltree, Deputy Director of Finance Melody Kennedy, Budget Manager Re: Ordinance No. 06-21 (Amended) – Amending the Annual Appropriations for Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2021 (Q1) Background An amendment is being requested to Ordinance 06-21. Pursuant to additional review of the Ordinance subsequent to the first reading of City Council, a clerical error was noted in Section 8. This error relates to the accounting ledger number. A correction has been made in the amended ordinance as follows: Section 8. There shall be appropriated in the unappropriated balance in the Capital Improvement Construction Fund the total amount of $1,782,549 to re-appropriate un-spent debt proceeds in the accounts as follows: $860,360 allocated to account 40480350320-735002; $297,705 allocated to account 40480430-735005, and $624,484 allocated to account 40480430- 735006. Recommendation Staff recommends City Council approval of Ordinance 06-21 (Amended), amending the Annual Appropriations for the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2021.
