This supplement includes local legislation approved by City Council through December 30, 2020 and State legislation current through September 14, 2020. Recommendation Staff recommends that Council approve Ordinance 05-21 at the second reading/public hearing on March 8, 2021. Per the Charter, a recodification is effective upon passage.
