Therefore, the annexation fee waiver policy would reflect the following criterla.: hardship
removing islands of township, economic development and incorporation of public propert
relating to annexations.
Historic District Task Force
Mr. McDaniel stated that this topic was brought to this Committee to discuss how to proceed
on the recommendations provided by the Task Force,
Ms. Noble stated that staff would like to begin implementing policies from the Historic Distric)
Task Force presented on January 4. She stated that of particular interest is managing the
Community Development Committee
