A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO
SERVE IN AN UNEXPIRED TERM ON THE BOARD
OF ZONING APPEALS

WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Board of Zoning Appeals due to the unfortunate
passing of Satya Goyal; and
WHEREAS, Council has chosen a candidate for appointment to the Board of Zoning
Appeals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, I of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Alicia Miller is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Satya Goyal on
the Board of Zoning Appeals, such term expiring on March 31, 2023.
Section 2. The above-named person shall serve until a successor is appointed or
until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 3 The member appointed herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
