FCBH serves as the public health agency for the City, providing community health services related to the environment and to disease prevention. The FCBH establishes a per capita rate for all jurisdictions for which it provides these services. For 2009, the per capita rate is $5.73, representing a 7.9% increase from the 2008 per capita rate. The increase for 2009 is higher than previous years due to the need to cover the FCBH costs for the 27`h pay period which occurs in 2009. (This 27`h pay occurs each 11 years.) Based on MORPC's estimated population for Dublin of 38,909, the City's contract amount for 2009 will total $222,948.57. This amount is budgeted within the City's 2009 Operating Budget. Recommendation Staff recommends approval of Ordinance 77-08 at the second reading/public hearing on November 3, 2008. September 23, 2008 `Joseph P.
