A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO CITY
OF DUBLIN ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD

WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process of candidates for service on
boards and commissions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, In of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Sean Cotter is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Andy Keeler,
such term beginning immediately and expiring on March 31, 2021.
Section 2. Frank Kownacki is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Robert
Bailey, such term beginning immediately and expiring March 31, 2022.
Section 3_ Amy Kramb is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Shannon
Stenberg, such term beginning immediately and expiring March 31, 2022.
Section 4. The above-named persons shall serve until a successor is appointed or
until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 5. The members of the Architectural Review Board herein appointed shall
serve without compensation.
Section 6. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.O4(a) of the Revised Charter.
