A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO CITY
OF DUBLIN BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process of candidates for service on
boards and commissions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, _7 of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Leo Grimes is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of William Wilson
on the Planning & Zoning Commission, such term beginning immediately and expiring
on March 31, 2022.
Section 2. Lance Schneier is hereby appointed to a four-year term on the Planning
and Zoning Commission, such term beginning April 1, 2020 and continuing through
March 31, 2024.
Section 3. The above-named persons shall serve until a successor is appointed or
until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 4. The members of the Planning &Zoning Commission herein appointed
shall receive compensation as established by City Council.
Section c. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
