A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO AN
UNEXPIRED TERM ON THE COMMUNITY
SERVICES ADVISORY COMMISSION

WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Community Services Advisory Commission due to
the resignation of Stephanie Hall; and
WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process of candidates for
appointment to the Community Services Advisory Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Alice Kananchoff is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Stephanie
Hall on the Community Services Advisory Commission, such term expiring on March
31, 2020.
Section 2. The above-named person shall serve until a successor is appointed or
until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 3. The member appoint d herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 4. This resolution is ff ctive upon passage as provided under Section
4.0 ) of the Revised Ch er.
