A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OF THE CITY OF
DUBLIN AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BRIDGE
PARK NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, Council has completed their assessment of the available positions on City boards
and commissions and the Bridge Park New Community Authority and conducted interviews of
candidates for terms beginning April 1, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio,
of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Mark Supelak is hereby appointed to an unexpired term on the Planning and
Zoning Commission, such term expiring on March 31, 2021.
Section 2. Rebecca Call is hereby appointed to a four-year term on the Planning and
Zoning Commission, such term expiring on March 31, 2023.
Section 3. Shannon Stenberg is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the
Architectural Review Board, such term expiring on March 31, 2022; and Robert Bailey is
hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Architectural Review Board, such term
expiring on March 31, 2022.
Section 4. Sarah Herbert is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the Board of Zoning
Appeals and Joseph Nigh is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Board of Zoning
Appeals, such terms expiring on March 31, 2022.
Section 5. Thomas Strup is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the Community
Services Advisory Commission and Vivekanandan Arunachalam is hereby appointed to a
three-year term on the Community Services Advisory Commission, such terms expiring
on March 31, 2022.
Section 6. Betty Clark-McClenaghan is hereby appointed to a three-year term as City
representative to the Dublin Convention and Visitors Bureau Board, such term expiring
on March 31, 2022.
Section 7. Denise Kestner is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the Personnel
Board of Review, such term expiring March 31, 2022.
Section 8. Sheri Tackett is hereby reappointed to a two-year term as citizen representative
to the Board of Trustees of the Bridge Park New Community Authority and A.C. Strip is
hereby reappointed to a two-year term as local government representative to the Board of
Trustees of the Bridge Park New Community Authority, such terms expiring on March
31, 2021.
Section 9. Each of the above-named persons shall serve until a successor is appointed or
until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 10. The members of the Planning & Zoning Commission herein appointed shall
receive compensation as established by City Council. The other members appointed herein
shall serve without compensation.
Section 11. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4.04(a) of the
Revised Charter.
