Resolution 067-18RECORD OF RESOLUTIONS BARRETT BROTHERS - DAYTON. OHIO Resolution No. 67-18 Passed. A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE DELAWARE, FRANKLIN AND UNION COUNTY AUDITORS TO DRAW MONEY THAT MAY BE IN THE COUNTY TREASURIES AND TO ISSUE A DRAFT TO THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE OF THE CIN OF DUBLIN FOR ANY MONEY THAT MAY BE IN THE ACCOUNTS FOR THE CITY OF DUBLIN WHEREAS, Section 321.34 of the Ohio Revised Code allows local authorities, by resolution to request an advance of taxes collected to the accounts of such local authorities. NO , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, of its elected members concurring, that: Section 1. Pursuant to Section 321.34 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Council of the City of Dublin hereby requests that the Delaware, Franklin and Union County Auditors draw and the Delaware, Franklin and Union County Treasures issue a draft to the Director of Finance of the City of Dublin for any money that may be in the Delaware, Franklin and Union County Treasuries to the account of the City of Dublin, and lawfully applicable to fiscal year 2019. Section 2. The Director of Finance be and hereby is directed to file this resolution with the Delaware, Franklin and Union County Auditors, together with any applications for documentation necessary or incidental thereto. Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect 'and be in force upon passage in accordance with Section 4.04(a) of the Revised Charter. w Clerk of Council 2018.
