23-82-B ResolutionRESOLUTION N0. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED CLEARING TITLE TO CERTAIN PROPERTY. WITHIN THE VILLAGE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, a certain dispute exists concerning property located at 38 South High Street within the Village of Dublin and its' encroachment upon an existing public alley, and WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Dublin is willing to clarify the dispute at no cost to the taxpayers of the Village. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, members concurring, that: Section 1. The Village Manager be and is authorized to execute and deliver the Quit Claim deed attached hereto as Exhibit A conveying six (6) inches of property as so described therein upon receipt by said Manager of all costs of the Village incurred herein. Section 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare and shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
