A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE
THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, Council has completed their interviews of candidates for
appointment to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, _ of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Warren E. Fishman is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of
Chris Brown on the Planning and 7-oning Commission, such term expiring on
Nv arch 31, 2020.
Section 2. The above-named person shall serve until a successor is appointed
or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 3. The member of the Planning & Zoning Commission herein
appointed shall receive compensation as established by City Council.
Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(x) of the Revised Cf er.
