A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO AN
UNEXPIRED TERM ON THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW
BOARD OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Architectural Review Board due to the
resignation of Jane Fox; and
WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process of candidates for
appointment to the Architectural Review Board.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Gary Alexander is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Jane Fox on
the Architectural Review Board, such term expiring on March 31, 2018.
Section 2. The above -named person shall serve until a successor is appointed or
until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 3. The member appointed herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 4. This resolution O'effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(alrof the Revised ChArter.
