ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD OF THE CITY
OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Architectural Review Board due to the
resignation of Thomas Munhall; and
WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process of candidates for
appointment to the Architectural Review Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Jeffrey Leonhard is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Thomas
Munhall on the Architectural Review Board, such term expiring on March 31, 2020.
Section 2. The above -named person shall serve until a successor is appointed or
until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 3. The member appointed herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Cha er.
