A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OF THE
THE CITY OF DUBLIN AND TO THE BRIDGE PARK
NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY

WHEREAS, Council has completed their assessment of the available positions on
boards and commissions for terms beginning April 1, 2017 and conducted interviews of
candidates; and
WHEREAS, appointments are needed for the Bridge Park New Community Authority.
NOW, T EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Cathy DeRosa is hereby reappointed to a four -year term on the Planning
and Zoning Commission, such term expiring on March 31, 2021; and Robert Miller is
hereby reappointed to a four -year term on the Planning and Zoning Commission,
such term expiring on March 31, 2021.
Section 2. Thomas Munhall is hereby reappointed to a three -year term on the
Architectural Review Board, such term expiring on March 31, 2020.
Section 3. Satya Goyal is hereby appointed to a three -year term on the Board of
Zoning Appeals, such term expiring on March 31, 2020.
Section 4. Bob Bowers is hereby appointed to a three -year term on the Personnel
Board of Review, such term expiring on March 31, 2020.
Section 5. Marilyn Baker, Ann Bohman and Stephanie Hall are hereby reappointed to
three -year terms on the Community Services Advisory Commission, such terms
expiring on March 31, 2020.
Section 6. Laura Colwell is hereby reappointed to a three -year term on the Records
Commission, such term expiring on March 31, 2020.
Section 7. Sheri Tackett and A.C. Strip are hereby reappointed to two -year terms on
the Bridge Park New Community Authority, such terms expiring on March 31,
2019; and Rick Schwieterman and Lynn Readey are hereby reappointed to one -year
terms on the Bridge Park New Community Authority, such terms expiring on
March 31, 2018.
Section 8. Each of the above -named persons shall serve until a successor is
appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City
Council.
Section 9. The members of the Planning &Zoning Commission herein appointed shall
receive compensation as established by City Council. The other members appointed
herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 10. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04A, of the Revised C�4er.
