A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO A
THREE-YEAR TERM ON THE PARKS & RECREATION
ADVISORY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process for board and
commission candidates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, ~_ of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Jamie Boff is hereby appointed to a three-
yearterm on the Parks & Recreation Advisory Commission, a term which
expires on March 31, 2009.
Section 2. The above-named person shall serve until a successor is
appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by
City Council.
Section 3. The member appointed herein shall serve without
compensation.
Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under
Section 4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
