NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
Franklin, Union and Delaware Counties, Ohio, of the elected members

SUMMARY:
This dedication includes a total of 3,400 linear feet of new right-of--way to accommodate the
realignment of Perimeter Loop Road (future Hospital Drive). The final development requires the
acceptance of Hospital Properties Section 2, Roadway Dedication Plat of Perimeter Loop Road
and the Re-Subdivision of Lot 1 of Hospital Properties Section 1 Addition.
RECOMMENDATION:
Legal Staff recommends approval of Ordinance No. 51-05.
