RE: Ordinance 19-05
SUMMARY:
The attached ordinance adopts a supplement (Supplement S-16) to the Dublin Code
of Ordinances. This supplement includes local legislation approved by City Council
through December 13, 2004 and State legislation through November 16, 2004.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that Council dispense with the public hearing and approve the
ordinance. There is no need for emergency action, as the Charter provides that a
recodification is effective upon adoption.
