The budgeted amount for this project is $310,000.00, of which $7,900.00 has previously been encumbered. The funds for this project will need to be re- appropriated. Four (4) bids were received. Base Bid 1). The Nadalin Company $249,000.00 2). 2K General Company $161,994.00 3}. Commercial & Industrial Maintenance $230,092.88 4). Kel-Par Co. $202,557.00 This project consists of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the renovation of two shelterhouses and associated site work. RECOMMENDATION: Staff is recommending adoption of Ordinance no. 14-05, accepting 2K General Company' s base bid in the amount of $161,994.
