AN ORDINANCE
TO CHANGE THE NAME OF TERRY LEE COURT
TO WILCOX PLACE
IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO
WHEREAS, the developer of Wilcox Place, a commercial subdivision, has requested
approval from the City Council of the City of Dublin, Ohio for a change in the name
of Terry Lee Courtto Wilcox Place in the City of Dublin, Ohio.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio,
of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the name of Terry Lee Court, in Wilcox Place, is changed to Wilcox
Place.
Section 2. That the City Engineer be, and hereby is, directed to have the plat
corrected to conform to this change.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the
earliest period allowed by law.

Street Name Change for Terry Lee Court
Memo
Attached is a request for a street name change, which we have reviewed, from the
developer of Wilcox Place, a commercial subdivision located at the intersection of Shier
Rings Road and Wilcox Road. The street proposed for name change was platted as
"Terry Lee Court". The developer would like to change the name to "Wilcox Place".
Since the street is a cul-de-sac, the name as proposed is appropriate. We have verified
with the Franklin County Engineer's Office that there will not be a conflict with other
existing street names.
The newly constructed Diocesan Publications building at the corner of Terry Lee Court
and Wilcox Road has a Wilcox Road address, and, is therefore, unaffected by the
proposed name change. We recommend that City Council approve this street name
change, as soon as it can be scheduled, since new development is presently under review
for building permits, which will be affected by this street name change. Upon Council's
approval, we will send notification to our distribution list.
