AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 1997 DUBLIN
COMMUNITY PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin strives to preserve and enhance the unique high quality of
life, community character and fiscal well -being offered to those who live or work in the
community;
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin seeks to manage growth and adapt to changes that result from
the demand for corporate offices, high technology industries and homes; and
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin seeks to preserve the public health, safety and welfare by
managing the City's growth environment and ensuring that additional growth does not
adversely affect the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio,_ of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. The 1997 Dublin Community Plan is hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect at the earliest date provided by law.
