I hereby cQ~'~E`I tSiat Copies of this Ord`-nonce%Resef~#+ron were posted ?n file City of Dublin in accordance wit4- Section 731.25 of the Ohio Revised Code. ~~} C k of ouncil, D tin, Ohio --- --19- ---- - An Ordinance Modifying The Employment Contract For The City Manager, And Declaring An Emergency WHEREAS, the City Manager's contract is effective through June 30, 1997 with the continuation of employment based on the same terms and conditions until a revised contract is executed; and WHEREAS, City Council is currently in the process of conducting a formal evaluation of the City Manager; and WHEREAS, City Council desires to modify the existing contract until such time as the formal evaluation process is completed and a revised contract is executed. NOW, THEREFO , BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring that: Section 1. That the terms and conditions of the existing contract continue with the additional condition that temporary housing be provided until a revised contract is executed. Section 2. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure in order to provide for the implementation of the temporary housing condition; therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage. Grigsby, Director of Finance Date: June 18, 1997 Subject: Ordinance No. 91-97, Modification to City Manager's Employment Contract As recently discussed in executive session, the City Manager has been living out of the City due to personal circumstances. The addition of the condition to provide temporary housing will allow him to move back in the City. As discussed, he will be allowed to move into one of the homes on Jerimar Court that was recently purchased by the City.
