Form No. 30043 37-01 Ordinance No Passed AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AN ANNEXATION OF 5.651+/- ACRES IN WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP TO THE CITY OF DUBLIN , WHEREAS, on January 3, 2001, the Franklin County Commissioners approved the annexation petition filed by Michael L. Close, 115 W. Main Street, Suite 100, Columbus, OH 43215-5067, Agent for Petitioners Norma J. Laurence, et al.; and WHEREAS, Council is of the opinion that this territory should be annexed to the City of Dublin. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, of the elected member concurring that: Section 1. That the petition for the annexation of 5.651+/- acres (see attached legal description, Exhibit "A") to the City of Dublin, Ohio is hereby accepted. Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest date allowed by law.
