AS PARTS OF THE VARIOUS COMPONENT CODES OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF DUBLIN, OHIO. -- WHEREAS, various ordinances of a general and permanent nature have been passed which should be included in the Codified Ordinances of DUblin, Ohio; and WHEREAS, section 4.13 of the Municipal Charter provides that a current service supplementing the Municipality's Codified Ordinances shall be maintained in the manner prescribed by council; and WHEREAS, The Municipality has entered into an updating contract with the Walter H. Drane Company to provide such updating service; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of DUblin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: section 1. That the editing, arrangement and numbering or renumbering of the following ordinances and parts of ordinances are hereby approved as parts of the various component codes of the Codified Ordinances of DUblin, Ohio, so ~ as to conform to the classification and numbering system of I the Codified ordinances, to wit: .... A copy of such ordinances or parts of ordinances as edited, arranged and numbered as parts of the Codified Ordinances is attached to this ordinance in the form of 1991 Replacement Pages to the Codified Ordinances. section 4. That this ordinance be and the same is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, the reason for such emergency being the necessity to immediately update the Codified Ordinances so as to minimize misunderstandings and problems, and implement up-to-date coverage and controls; therefore, this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members of Council; otherwise it shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
