Moved by Daniel and seconded by Thomas that bills be paid as read

The following ordinance was introduced to council.
The Director of Highways is considering the matlbsrof the following
improvements under his supervision of
the public highway particulary

described as follows;
BeginDing at a pmL~t in High street(S.R. 745) 0.13 mile north of
the intersection of High st.(S.R.745) and Bridge st. S.R.33);
thence northerly along High st. to the north corporation line,
a distance of 0.13 mile.
Moved by Karrer and seconded by Daniel that the ordinance given the
number 1-49 pass its first reading.
Black absent, Daniel yes, Eberly yes, Karrer yes, Thomas yes.
It wa s moved by Eberly and seconded by Thomas that the rules
governing the reading of ordinances at three seperate meetings on
seperate days be suspended and dispenced with and the ordinance
be imediately advanced to its second and third reading
.
thereupon a vote was taken with the following results;

It was moved by Thomas and seconded by Daniel that said ordinance
# 1-49 pass its second and third and ~inal readings under the sus-
pension o~ the rules and be ~inally passed and adopted and be in
~ll ~orce and e~~ect at the earliest period allowed by law.
Thereupon a vote was taken on the motion with the results as
follows;
Black absent, Daniel yes, Eberly yes, Karrer yes, Thomas yes,
The Mayor aeclared the Ordinance duly adopted.
