II Dublin, State of Ohio, is hereby rezoned to R-3, Suburban
II Residential District, and shall be subject to regulations
and procedures contained in Ordinance No. 21-70 (Chapter
I Eleven of the Codified Ordinances) the City of Dublin
Zoning Code and amendments thereto.

like to develop two lots: eastern lot to be 80 ft. in width,
western lot to be 115 ft. in width.
