The regular meeting oftthe Council was held on No~ember I, 1948
with Mayor Yeager presiding. ~
Roll call; Black present, Daniel absent, Eberly present, Karrer Il~
present, Krouse present, Thomas present.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved .
Wm. Smith appeared before Council in regard to the width of
Franklin street abutting his property,
Moved by Krouse and seconded by Thomas that all of Franklin street
south of the first allel south of Bridge street be change~ to
fifty feet in width. This resolution vacates eight feet of ground
on eac~ side of the s~reet in front of the properityewned by
Wm. Smith. This vacation of land to be ~n accordance With legal pr
proceedure.
