Thomas moved the bills be paid, seconded by Karrer.

Discussion then followed as'to the dire need 'ufa- hew flasher light for the
cruiser. Shriver moved that Frambes .be given authority to buy a good flasher
light, seconded by Davis.

Marshall Frambes asked Council to purchase a sawed-off shot gun and it was
suggested he get estimates as to just how much a good used shot gun would cost.
Discussion was then held as to a dog catcher and Mayor Jones was asked to
secure what the Franklin County Dog Warden would charge to patrol the village
twice a week picking up any dogs running loose.
Shriver moved the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Eger.
