Motion made by Eger. seconded by Eberly that we dispense with the
rules in regard to reading of an ordinance at 3 meetings before passage,
in order to make way for the passage of OrdiBanoe 04-59. Vote thereon

Motion made by Eger, seconded by Eberly that we adopt the followin8
Ordinance:

ORDINANCE No.04-59
.An ordinance abolishing the position of Deputy "rshall and providiDg
and creating the position of a polioeman in lieu thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED, that upon the earliest date permissible by law,
the position of Deputy Marshall of ,the Village of Dublin, Ohio, as here-
tofore provided by Ordinanoe No.010-57 (d) and Ordinanoe No.04-58 is
hereby abolisped.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, the effeotive the same date there shall
be oreated the position of Policeman to be filled by Harold Rose,
who is by this ordinanoe appointed to such position, hereby fixing all
rights, duties, rate of pay, vaoation privileges, and all other
wonditions of employment as heretofore provided in ordinanoes relating
to appointment of and oonditions of employment of Howard Lyons as a
Polioeman of the Village of Dublin, Ohio
