Moved by' Black and seconded by Eberly that bills be paid as read,
Black yes, Daniel absent, Hill yes~ Eberly yes, Karrer yes, Krouse
yes.
Motion carried.

Moved by Hill and seconded by Krouse that the ordinance # 1-48
entitled II Shooting of Air Guhs in the Villagell pas's its first
reading.
The Ordinance # 1-48 was read in full by the Clerk and thereupon
a vote was taken on the motion with the results as follows;
Black yes, Daniel absent, Eberly yes, Hill yes, Karrer yes, Krouse
yes. Motion carried.
It was moved by Hill and seconded by Karrer that hhe rules governing
the reading of ordinances at three seperate meetings on seperate
days be suspended and dispenced with and the ordinance be Ihmmediately
advanced to its second and third reading.
Thereupon a vote was taken with the results as follows;
Black yes, Daniel yabsent, Eberly yes, Hill yes, Karrer yes, Krouse
yes..
Motion carried.

The Ordinance # 1-48 was thereupon read two more times by the Clerk
by title only.
It was moved by Krouse and seconded by Black that said ordinance

No. 1-48 pass its second, third and final readings under the suspension
of the rules and be finally passed and adopted and be in full force
and effect at the earliest period allowed by Law.
Thereupon a vote was taken with the following results;
Black yes, Daniel absent, Eberly yes, Hill yes, Karrer yes, Krouse yes.
Motiou, carried.
The Mayor declared the Ordi~nce duly adopted.
The Mayor appointed George E~er as Marshall and Karrer moved the appoint-
ment be approved Seconded by Hill.
Black yes, Daniel absent, Eberly yes, Hill yes, Karrer yes, Krouse yes.
Motion carried.
There being no further business the Council adjourned.
