Form No. 30043 Ordinance No. m~9-::l3.9_mn Passedn - ---------- . __19 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 16-89, THE ANNUAL APPROPRIA- TIONS ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL YEAR 1989, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, amendments to the Appropriations Ordinance in order that appropriations are not overexpended; and, WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate additional funds to allow for unanticipated expenditures; and WHEREAS, it i, neee"ary to appropriate fund, to provide for the re_i"uane1 of short-term notes and the joint purchase of land which was reimbursed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring: Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in the GENERAL FUND the sum of $342,000.00 to be distributed to the following accounts: to account AOI-02-2B-2300 for Board of Health payments the amount of $12,000.00; to account AOI-07-7E-2430 for Equipment and Building Repairs the amount of $5,000.00; to account AOI-07-7G-2340 for Real Estate Tax Collection Fees the amount of $5,000.00; to account AOI-07-7G-234G for Worker's Compensation the amount of $20,000.00 and to account AOI-07-7J- 234C for Income Tax Refunds the sum of $300,000.00. Section 2. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in the SAFETY/POLICE OPERATING FUND the sum of $7,000.00 to account B08-01-1A-241A for the DARE program and the sum of $5,500.00 to account B08-01-1A-2520 for CAPITAL EQUIPMENT. Section 3. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in the GENERAL OBLIGATION DEBT SERVICE FUND the sum of $2,200,000.00 to accoun COI-05-5A-2610 for Principal Payments (Water Tower Notes) and the sum of $1,200,000.00 to account COI-07-7E-2610 for Principal Payments (Swimming Pool Notes). Section 4. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in the Capital Improvement Tax Fund the sum of $2,025,000.00 to account DI0-07-7A-250L for Other Projects (Purchase of Parkland). Section 5. That this Ordinance be, and hereby is, declared to be an emergency measure necessary to preserve the public peace, health and safety and therefore shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
