2 :: WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to complete the final section
~ ; of Muirfield Drive; and,

g ~ WHEREAS, said improvements will require the City's obtaining fee simple
~ B interest, temporary construction easements, temporary drainage easements
o ~ and a permanent stormwater sewer easement in and to the premises as
.~ ~ described in attached Exhibits HCO-A, HCO-B, and HCO-C, Washington Town-

.~~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,

~~ in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Washington Township
j ,1::- and more fully described in the legal descript ions attached hereto as
.- ~ Exhibits HCO-A, HCO-B, and HCO-C, is hereby appropriated for the public
purpose of the completion of the final section of Muirfie1d Drive, pursuant
to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 163 and the Constitution of the State of Ohio.

r Section 2. Council hereby affixes the value of the interests appropriated
~ Z at One Hundred Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars
~ d ~ ($120,999.00), which sum shall be deposited with the Franklin County Common
8 j ~ Pleas Court for the use and benefit of the owners of the property
~ 1 : appropriated. Upon such deposit, the City shall take possession of and
~ . ~ enter upon the property pursuant to law.

g i~ ~o Section 3. Council finds that the appropriation is necessary for the
~ 6~ stated purpose, that the City has been unable to agree with the owners

...:- j -6 .g '~Section 6. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency necessary
~ for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare.
The reason for such necessity is that the completion of the Muirfie1d
Drive extension will serve as one of the major components which will
alleviate the serious traffic circulation problem experienced by the City.
Therefore, this Ordinance shall go into immediate effect.
