O. .- Form No. 2806-A Ordinance NO.m __7lJ-:-lJI~___ P assed~ ___m19__ AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AN ANNEXATION OF 3.41~ ACRES, ROADWAY ONLY, BEING COFFMAN ROAD FROM THE NORTH CORPORA- TION LINE TO BRAND ROAD AND BRAND ROAD, NORTHWESTERLY FROM COFFMAN ROAD TO THE WEST CORPORATION LINE WHEREAS, said annexation has been approved by the Franklin County Commissioners and Council is of the opinion that said territory should be annexed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring: Section 1. That the petition for the annexation of 3.41~ acres of roadway only (see attached legal description) to the Village of Dublin, Ohio is hereby accepted. Section 2. FRANKLIN COUNTY ENGINEEERS I ~-*~4-'i?0 Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County, Ohio, met in general session July 2, 1986, to consider a petition for the annexation of 3.41 acres in Washington Township to the Village of Dublin, said petition being described as follows: I Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Township of II Washington and located in Virginia Military Survey No. 2543 being Dore particularly described as follows: II Beginning at a point on the existing east right-of-way line of Coff8an Road (45 feet in width at that point) said point also being on the north property line of the Bonna B. Starkey 21.003 acre tract of record in Deed Volume 3133, south property line of the George A. Wahoff 7.057 acre tract of record in Deed Volume 3420, Page 577, said point also being on a proposed Village of Dublin Corporation Line, Franklin County Case No. 37-85. Thence across Coffman Road, along the property line between said Starkey and Wahoff tracts and the said proposed Dublin Corporation Line, N 860 05' 08" \J for a distance of 45.05 feet to a point on the west existing right-of-way line of Coffman Road, said point also being on the Village of Dublin Corporation Line of record in Misc. Record 159, Page 38, Dublin Ord. No. 13-73. This description was prepared in the Office of the Franklin County Engineer by Vincent L. Volpi, Registered Surveyor No. 5462 from available records and not a field survey. Whereas, the said 3.41 acres consists entirely of public right-of-way for Brand Road and Coffman Road, and Whereas, under Section 709.16 of the Ohio Revised Code the Board of County Commissioners may with an entry upon its Journal approve annexation of public right-of-way. Be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners of Franklin County, Ohio, that the petition for annexation of 3.41 acres in Washington Township to the Village of Dublin is hereby granted.
