Sponsor: Village Manager J~~.Z{~ Clerk of Council TO: Councilmembers FROM: Sherman Sheldon - Village Manager RE: Ordinance 06-87 - Compensation DATE: January 14, 1987 Section 1. is relative to the fact that the top range for Maintenance Workers was inadvertently reduced from the previous Ordinance regarding compensation. To retain the progressive sequence of positions, this also caused a rise in the top range for the two ( 2 ) positions immediately above Maintenance Workers. Section 2 . reflects an approved position that was accidentally omitted on Ordinance No: 106-86. Section 3. alludes to a fair and equitable determination for all employees relative to Longevity Pay as addressed in Council's Goals and Objectives.
