I i I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, ! State of Ohio, ~of the elected members concurring: Section 1. That a corrected copy of Exhibit OHC-3, 1-T-6 (Temporary i Construction Easement) be attached to Ordinance No. 79-90. I I Section 2. That corrected copies of Exhibitis HCO-B, 2-T-4 (Temporary Drainage Easement) and HCO-C, 2-S-1 (Permanent Sewer Easement) be attached to Ordinance No. 82-90. Section 3. That the Clerk of Council be authorized to attach the correct legal descriptions to the aforementioned ordinances and to notify all interested parties of the changes. Section 4. That this Ordinance be, and the same is hereby, declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, the reason for such emergency being the necessity to immediately correct two ordinances previously passed by the Dublin City Council.
