AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE RE-
ZONING OF A 0.185 ACRE TRACT LOCATED
ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF (PROPOSED)
DUBLINSHIRE ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 800
FEET SOUTH OF BRAND ROAD. TO BE RE-
ZONED FROM: R-l, RESTRICTED RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT; TO: PUD, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOP-
MENT DISTRICT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the following described real estate (see attached legal
description marked Exhibit "A"), situated in the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, is hereby rezoned to P.U.D., PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
and shall be subject to regulations and procedures contained in the
Village of Dublin Zoning Code and amendments thereto.
Section 2. That application, Exhibit "B", including the list of contiguous
property owners, and the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning
Commission, Exhibit "C", are all incorporated in to and made an official
part of this Ordinance and said real estate shall be developed and used
in accordance therewith.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Village
of Dublin, located in Virginia Military Survey No. 2543, and
being 0.185 acres of that 2.0172 acre tract as conveyed to
Michael L. Eger and Susan K. Eg e r , by deed of record in
Official Record 05776G07, all references being to those of
record in the Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, said
0.185 acre being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
Beginning at an iron pin found at the southernmost corner
of said 2.0172 acre tract, said iron pin being located in the

There will be a Public Hearing on January 19, 1987, at 7:30 P.M. in the Dublin
Municipal Building, 6665 Coffman Road, Dublin, Ohio, on Ordinance No. 75-86 for
the rezoning of .185 acre approximately 800 feet south of Brand Road.

Location: 0.185 acre located on the south side of (proposed) Dublinshire Road
approximately 800 feet south of Brand Road, midway between Coffman
Road and Muirfield Drive.
Existing Zoning: R-1, Restricted Suburban Residential District.
Request: P.U.D., Planned Unit Development District.
Proposed Use: Combine with other land to form two lots within Earlington Village
Section 4.

I obtained four (4) proposals for engineering services for
the preparation of plans and specifications for the 12" water
line along Brand Road from Brandonway to Muirfield Drive.
The lowest quote being from Burgess and Niple Ltd., therefore,
I recommend that they be awarded the proposal to perform the engineering
services for the Brand Road waterline.
