AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND
ACCEPTING GENERAL WARRANTY
DEEDS FOR RIGHTS-OF-WAY ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF TULLER ROAD
BY THE CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the General Warranty Deed for rights-of-way purposes of
a 1.172 acre tract, Exhibit "A", (Millco Properties) which has been
registered with the County of Franklin, State of Ohio on the 18th day of
August, 1988 as well as the General Warranty Deed for rights-of-way
purposes of a 0.331 acre tract, Exhibit "B", (Herbert W. Bash, Jr. and
Theresa Bash) which has been registered with the County of Franklin,
State of Ohio on the 18th day of August, 1988, and which are attached
hereto, and made a part hereof, be and the same are hereby approved and
accepted by the City of Dublin, Ohio.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from an
after the earliest period allowed by law.
