AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE
OF ZONING ON A 4.47 ACRE TRACT TO
P.U.D. (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT),
PRESENTLY ZONED R-1 - RESTRICTED
SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL, LOCATED ON
GLICK ROAD.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the following described real estate (see
attachments) situated in the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio
is hereby rezoned to Planned Unit Development (P.U.D. ) and shall
be subject to regulations and procedures contained in Chapter
Eleven of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Dublin, Ohio
and, any amendments thereto.
SECTION 2. The application, including a list of contiguous
property owners and, the recommendation of the Planning and
Zoning Commission shall be incorporated into and made an official
part of this Ordinance and said real estate shall be developed
and used in accordance therewith.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.

Dear Mr. Sheldon:
Attached is our request for the zoning of a tract of approximately
4.47 +/- acres from R-I to PUD. TIlis application for zoning change should
be considered both a concept and preliminary plan.
1ne following information is attached:
Exhibit I shows the location of the property.
Exhibit II shows the size of the area, whicr is proposed
to be residential and designated low/medium density, that
is the same density as the lllldeveloped area to t}'e west of
this site.
Exhibit II also shows the dimensions of the parcel.
Exhibit III shows the Master Plan for tre portion of ~~irfield
that surrollllds these 4.47 +/- acres and indicates hmv they will be
integrated into the overall existing plan of ~luirfield Village.
Exhibit III also indicates traffic circulation patterns. We
do not anticipate any new impact in the area. Our present
intention is to add tris site to the l}~ acreage to the west
and to have it served by the collector street to the west
and not from Glick Road. It will he developed at the time the
acreage to the west is developed.
All streets and utility easements will be dedicated to the
Village. Open- spaces, if any, will be owned by the ~1uirfield
Association, Inc.
The acreage will be served by the present utility system within
Muirfield.
The projected population of the 4.47 +/- acres would he
approximately 107 people.

We know of no easements that have been placed on the property.
Exhibit IV shows the area to the east of this site which is
being developed as twin singles.
A signature space for a Council Ordinance numher is provided
on Exhibit III.
I believe this information fulfills all necessary requirements for both a
concept and preliminary PUD approval.
Also attached is a check for $750 to cover the fee for both the concept
and preliminary plan fees scredule per the PUD requirements.

Two (2) copies of map accurately drawn to an appropriate scale (to fill a sheet
of not less than 8- 1/2 x 11 inches and not more than 16 x 20 inches). The map
shall be identified and submitted in addition to the General Description of Land.
