Mayor Yeager presiding.
Roll call; Black present, Eberly present Hill present, Krouse present,
Stivers present, ~ing present.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved as read.

Moved by Hill and seconded by Krouse that bills be paid as read.
Black yes, Eberly yes, Hill yes, Krouse yes, Stivers yes. Wing yes.
Moved byyBlack and seconded by Wing that the village construct a guard
fence at the corner of North street and Lower street. The cost not ;0
exceed ~venty five dollars. The exeat ~ocation of the fence to be
decieded by council when they veiw the site.

Moved by ~ing and seconded by Stivers the the members of council
be paid the sum of two dollars for each meeting . the total amount
each member receives each year cannot exceed twenty four dollars.
Mambers must be present at the meeting to receive compensation.

Moved by wing and seconded by Eberly that the council set aside one
thousand dollars for the repairing of the streets and alleys and
also one thousand dollars for the constrution of the house for the
fire pump.

There being no further business the council adjourned.
