The regula.r meeting of the Council of the Village of DUblin, Was
held at the home of Mayor Yeaser, at 7:30 on Feb. 8, 1944., Mayor
II
Yeager ,residing.
Roll call: Black, present; Eberly, present; Hill, present; Krouse,
present; Stivers, present; Wing, present.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as read.
It was moved by Mr. Wing and seconded by Mr. Stivers That the ine
losed ordinance pass its first reading.
The ordinance No. 1-44 was read in full bty the village clerk andh
thereupon a vote Was takern on the motion with the results as follows
Black yes, Eberly yes, Hill yes, Krmuse yes, Stivers yes, Wing yes.
Motion carried
It was moved by Mr. Hill and seconded by Mr. Wing that t~ rules gov
erning the reading ofordinanceE at thre meetir:(;.;lS (Jl', ftpt'l'e..te Qo;/E
be suspended and diepenced with and the ordinance be imeadiately ad
vanced to its second and third reading.
Black yes, Eberly yes, Hill yes, Krouse yes, Stivers yes, Wing yes.
Motion carried
The ordinance No 1-44 was thereupon read two more times by the clerk
by title only.
It Was moved by Mr. Krouse and seconded by Yr. Black that said ordin II~
ance No 1-44 pass its second~~ third and final readings under sus
pension of the rules and finally passed and adopted and be in full f
force and effect at the earlesr period allowed by law.
Thereupon a vote was ~aken on the motion with the following results
Black yes, Eberly yes, Hill yes, Krouse yes, Stivers yes. Wing yes.
Motion carried.
The mayor declared the vrdinance duly passed.
The following bills were presented for payment;
Plummer Bros. $ 47.00
Columbus and Southern Ohio Electric Co. 17.64
Moved by Krouse and seconded by ~ing that bills be paid as read.

Moved by Stivers and seconded by Black that l~yor employ someaee
to haul trash in the village at a cost not to exceed twenty dollar~
This service to continue every other Month.
