AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING ,
OF A 17.695 ACRE TRACT LOCATED ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF POST ROAD APPROXIMATEI.Y
2000 FEET WEST OF COFFlL\.."l ROAD. TO BE
REZONED FROM: R-l, RESTRICTED RESI-
DENTIAL DISTRICT; TO: LI, LIMITED
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the following d~scribed real estate (see attached legal
description marked Exhibit "A"), situated in the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, is hereby rezoned to LI, LIMITED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT and
shall be subject to regulations and procedures contained in Ordi~ance
No. 21-70 (Chapter Eleven of the Codified Ordinances) the Village of
Dublin Zoning Code and amendments thereto.
Section 2. That application, Exhibit "B", including the list of contigu-
ous property owners, and the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning
Commission Exhibit "C~',-:'a1"e all incorporated in to and made an official
part of this Ordinante~nd'said real estate shall be developed and used

At the meeting of the Dublin Planning and Zoning Commissi.on on Oc'_ober 8, 1985
the Commission approved the rezoning request 285-012 with t.he following conditions:
1. Tha!:, there be an architectural review of the building.
2. That any use with direct access off of Post Road will be an office use.
3. That the developers are to submi~ a public or private plat tha t ~,Till show a
100' building line on Post Road and also a 100' right-of-way east/west road
to be consistent with the alignment as pr.oposed by the m~nicipality. The
plat will also include deed restrictions.
4. That-~pe Post Road mounding and sc~eening be consistent with study ::-ecommenda-
tions.
5. That th~ 'app 1 icant be aware that any new road servicing the subject site from
Post RQad may be closed off from existing Post Road if and when the subject
site would be adequately serviced by a minor arterial as proposed on the
Village's major street plan.
