AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE
OF ZONING ON APPROXIMATELY 133.41
ACRES OF LAND WCATED WEST OF SAWMILL
ROAD BETWEEN 1-270 AND WEST DUBLIN-
GRANVILLE ROAD. TO BE REZONED FROM:
R-l, RESTRICTED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
AND CC, COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT,
TO: CC, COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected meillbers concurring:
Section 1. That the following described real estate (see attached legal
description marked Exhibit "A"), situated in the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio is hereby rezoned to CC, COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
and shall be subject to regulations and procedures contained in
Ordinance No. 21-70, (Chapter Eleven of the Codified Ordinances) the
Village of Dublin Zoning Code and amendments thereto.
Section 2. That application, Exhibit "B", including the list of
contiguous property owners, and the recommendation of the Planning
and Zoning Commission Exhibit "C", are all incorporated in to and made
an official part of this Ordinance and said real estate shall be
developed and used in accordance therewith.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall!:ak.e effec~~ an.J. be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed 'cy lr.U-l.

situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Village
of Dublin, being in Quarter Section 2 and Quarter section 3 of
Township 2 North, Range 19 West, United States Military Lands,
containing 133.41 acres of land, more or less, said 133.41 acres
of land being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning, for reference, at the centerline of construction
intersection of State Route 161 and Sawmill Road as said
centerline of construction intersection is shown and delineated
upon the Ohio Department of Highway plans for Sawmill Road
(FRA-270-10.33N); thence N-54017'28"W, with the centerline of
construction of said State Route 161 and with a southwesterly
line of Meadowland Heights NO.1, the subdivision plat of same
being shown of record in Plat Book 27, Page 60, Recorder's
Office, Franklin County, Ohio, a distance of 292.65 feet to the
southwesterly corner of said Meadowland Heights No.1; thence
N-2033'11"E, with the westerly line of said Meadowland Heights
No.1, a distance of 59.07 feet to the true point of beginning;
Thence, from said true point of beginning, with the
northeasterly right-of-way line of said State Route 161, the
