NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring: Section 1. That the following described real estate (see attached legal description marked Exhibit "A"), situated in the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, is hereby rezoned to CC, COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT and shall be subject to regulations and procedures contained in Ordinance No. 21-70, (Chapter Eleven of the Codified Ordinances) the Village of Dublin Zoning Code and amendments thereto. Section 2. " TO: File FROM: Secretary, Planning and Zoning Commission SUBJECT: Ordinance No. 02-85 - Rezoning Request - 9.2 Acres Tuller Road At the February 5, 1985 meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Commission acted in the following manner - Mr. Berlin moved to approve the rezoning request (from R-l to CC). Mrs. Headlee seconded the motion. The vote was as fo llows : Mr. Berlin, yes; Mr. Mi ller, yes; Mrs. Headlee, yes; Mr. Jezerinac, no; Mr. Callahan, no; Mr. Reiner, no. Since the request was not approved by a majority vote, the request was defeated. At the April 1 , 1985 meeting of the Dublin Village Council the rezoning request was approved by a vote of 7-0.
