AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF
ZONING ON A .685 ACRE TRACT LOCATED ON
THE WEST SIDE OF LIGGETT ROAD AT U.S. 33/
S.R. 161. TO BE REZONED FROM: R, RURAL
DISTRICT, TO: RESTRICTED INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I! ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, .6 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the following described real estate (see attached
legal description marked Exhibit "A"), situated in the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio is hereby rezoned to RI, RESTRICTED INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT and shall be subject to regulations and procedures contained
in Ordinance No. 21-70, (Chapter Eleven of the Codified Ordinances)
the Village of Dublin Zoning Code and amendments thereto.
Section 2. That application,Exhibit "B", including the list of
contiguous property owners, and the recommendation of the Planning
and Zoning Commission Exhibit "C", are all incorporated in to and
made an official part of this Ordinance and said real estate shall
be developed and used in accordance therewith.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.

Two (2) copies of map accurately drawn to an appropriate scale (to fill a sheet
of not less than 8- 1/2 x 11 inches and not more than 16 x 20 inches). The map
shall be identified and submitted in addition to the General Description of Land.
The map shall include all land in the proposed change and all land within five
hundred (500) feet beyond the limits of the proposed change.
To be shown on the map - all property lines, street right of way, easements and
other information related to the location of the proposed boundaries and shall
be fully dimensioned.
The map shall show the existing and proposed Zoning District or Special District
Boundaries.

AT SOUTH END OF LIGGETT ROAD
WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO
FO R MR. GARY W. LYONS & MR. JOHN S. DELIBERA
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Township of
Washington, in Virginia Military Survey No. 6748, and being all of the
0.721 acre tract of land (0.685 acre by recent survey) conveyed to Gary
W. Lyons and John S. DeLibera by deed of record in Deed Book 3031, Page 421,
Recorder's Office, F'r'.~nklin County, Ohio, awl bounded and described as
follows: .
Beginning at an iron pin set at the intersection of the centerline of
Liggett Road (no legal right-of-way width established - 40 feet wide by
usage) with the curved northeast limited access right-of-way line of U. S.
Route 33 and Ohio Route 161, said iron pin being at the southernnostcorner
of said 0.685 acre tract and said iron pin also being 103.00 feet left of
centerline station 1353 + 27.10, as shown upon Sheet 28 of 29 of Ohio
Department of Transportation right-of-way plans for UNI-33-20.23 and
FRA-33-0.00;
thence northwesterly along the curved northeast limited access
right-of-way line of U. S. Route 33 and Ohio Route 161, along the curved
southwest line of said 0.685 acre tract and with a curve to the right, data
of which is radius = 3,083.53 feet, sub-delta = 50 27' 46" and sub-arc =
362.64,feet a sub-chord distance of 362.51 feet bearing N 320 38' 43" W to
an iron pin found at the northwest corner of said 0.685 acre tract and at
ie southwest corner of a 2.009 acre tract of land conveyed to John A. and
0an A. Larson by deed of record in Deed Book 3716, Page 3, Recorder's
ffice, Franklin County, Ohio, said iron pin being 103.00 feet left of
centerline station 1349 + 54.63 of U. s. Route 33 and Ohio Route 161;
thence N 810 12' 27" E along the north line of said 0.685 acre tract
and along the south line of said 2.009 acre tract a distance of 173.77 feet
to a P. K. Nail set in the centerline of Liggett Road, at the northeast
corner of said 0.685 acre tract and at the southeast corner of said 2.009
acre tract (passing an iron pin found at 157.99 feet) ;
thence S 40 06' 22" E along the centerline of Liggett Road and along
the east line of said 0.685 acre tract a distance of 332.66 feet to the
place of beginning;
containing 0.685 acre of lanq more or less and being subject to all
legal highways, easements and restrictions of record.
