Re: Corbin Mills - Settlement
Dear Tim:
As I had previously informed you and all of Council, we settled
the above-styled case for the amount of $46,550.00, said amount
reflecting the difference between our appraised value and that of
the Defendant's in this case. Dublin has already deposited with
the Court $4,000.00 and, therefore, it will be necessary that we
deposit another $42,550.00 with the Franklin County Common Pleas
Court. Please have Nan draft a check to the Franklin County
Common Pleas Court in the amount of $42,550.00 and I will deposit
the same thus terminating this case.
As I am sure you are aware, all of Council was advised of the
status of this case in our report to them at an earlier date and
we would like to get this off our books. Please have Nan advise
us when the check is ready and we will pick it up and take it to
the Courthouse.
Very truly yours,
